We live in Heritage and our little one goes to Primrose Parkwood Hill (Basswood and Parkwood Hill by the Middle School). We love it!
I am interested in enrolling my 3 year old in a half day program. I have heard great things about Primrose overall, but am looking for feedback about these particular locations. Thanks!

My daughter goes to Primose in Keller (Bear Creek) and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Everyone treats her as if she was their own! It's sort of like everyone is another grandmom to her. I'm very picky so I've looked around and did not like any of the other choices. The only downside is the fees went up a little this year.
Don't think you want to hear this, but we actually had a bad experience at Primrose on Heritage Trace. We, along with dozens of other parents and Teachers left over a year ago because there was a dispute between the owner and the lady who ran it (her daughter). The teachers couldn't stand the owner and when she fired her daughter, they brought in a woman I wasn't impressed with. With that being said, things could have very much changed since then.
Does Primrose do half day programs? I thought they were full time programs.
My children have gone to Primrose at Bear Creek for over four years. The staff and managment are wonderful and have been there for years and years. I can't recall any turnover in management or the lead teachers since we've been there. We also haven't had any issues at all with them and are very pleased with Primrose at Bear Creek.
I would look at Premier Academy. The owners are very hands on and actively involved in running their business. We send our little guy to the location in Westlake & have been happy with them.
I second Premier. They do the best curriculum, A beka. I would not go to the Parkwood Hill Primrose. They have had issues in the past with teachers that should have been fired but instead didn't and Just "retrained" them... Check licensing on the others. Premier is a good school. I use to be an asst director of a center in keller a large one and I now recomend Premier.
