Hi SJ, My first pregnancy I was sick once every morning for 4 months. My second, I was sick the ENTIRE pregnancy. Ginger ale, bland crackers helped. If it's when you first wake up, try to eat a few crackers before you get out of bed. Also, what really, really helped me (especially when I was out at the store or wherever) was these little candies called Preggie pop drops. They're like little small candies, but they took the nausea away almost immediately. I kept some in the car, in my purse, and they were great. Congratulations, you're in the home stretch. Soon you'll be holding your new little addition and the nausea will be a memory :o)
