I do not like the cold weather here in the winter. Therefore, I was going to bed at 9:30 pm in January and February !
Once it gets warmer, I will stay up until 10pm or 10:15pm (Like tonight).
I can't stay up until 10:30 or 11pm anymore - like I did when I was in my 20's.
If I do, I am exhausted the next day !
Earliest? 11:00
Week nights-latest? About 12:30.
Depends what I’m doing & what’s going on.
I’ve been known to do 3 loads of laundry after everyone else is sleeping.
Just depends.
Weekends–about the same times.
I’m usually up by 6:30 or 7:00 whether I’m working or off.
Apparently, at 49, I don’t need sleep anymore! Haha…
I go to bed no later than 11pm but I don’t fall asleep until much later. Typically I’m functioning off of 4-5 hours of extremely broken sleep. There are some nights during the week when I’m in bed at 9pm but of course that doesn’t mean anything.
I happen to be in love with my mattress/bed so I prefer to hang out in there once the day has dwindled and my children are in bed as it is the most comfortable space in the whole house.
If I am really lucky I will fall asleep before 2:15 am…there are no babies or snoring husbands to cause this. I just don’t sleep. I’m always up before 6 am and seem to do just fine with less than four hours.
We did have an amazing time this past fall when I was laid off so what do I do when I’m laid off…I book a trip to Hawaii!! I did have three phone interviews there (easy peasy) and it was the most comforting sleep EVER! We had no schedule , wish I could replicate this now!
I go to bed usually between 12 -1:00 up at 6:00. See my oldest off to school. Then I ride my exercise bike for 1 hour. Then I get my youngest off to school and I take a 1-2 hour nap. I am a night owl:)
I usually head to bed at 11:00pm, about an hour after my kids go to bed. Once in bed I generally read or watch tv until about midnight so I can get up at 7:00am.
Speaking of cold weather we are getting another cold snap. It will be -29 and we are getting another 25cm of snow tonight.
Midnight.
Daughter is in bed by 9, that gives us 3 hours of just us time.
Husband is home by around 6:30 or 6:45, so dinner is about that time too.
If I am not feeling well I will go to bed earlier, sometimes I stay up later than that, after he has gone to bed.
I’m a stay at home mom with not much to do while she is in school though, so yea.
I usually go to bed around midnight or later. The past few weeks I was sick, so I was going to bed about 10. I don’t get up until 7, so that is usually plenty of sleep for me.
I wish I went to sleep at 10 but I end up going to sleep around 12:30. I feel my best at night. I am awake, happy, productive etc. I enjoy putzing around. Yet staying up late makes me super tired during the day. It’s a bad cycle. Then again even if I go to bed at 10 I am super tired the next day. I am super tired during the day all the time and feel great at night - weird or vampire? you decide LOL
10:00pm mainly because I have to be up early for work. If I’m in workout mode, then it’s between 9-9:30pm. If I had it my way, I’d stay up until midnight and get up at 8 or 9 am. Sigh…
I go to sleep much too late (midnight) and wake up a few times per night to comfort our youngest (light sleeper). Get up before 7 each morning. It’s exhausting being a mid-40s mom with young kids. My grandmother always told me “don’t get old!” but unfortunately we don’t have a choice. Lol.
“I’ll sleep when I’m dead” is the quote I live by.
((YAWN))
I am an early bird! I didn’t used to be, but since I had surgery in October I’ve been going to bed early. Some nights I barely make it to 8pm! I beat my kids to bed!
Normally though (prior to surgery), I would go to bed between 10 and 11. I’m up at 530 to leave the house by 615. I get home to get the kids at 345, and then we are sometimes gone until 8pm (long dance nights). Football and baseball are starting this week, so it makes for LONG weeks when I’m being run in 3 different directions. I guess that explains why I get tired so early.
