I work for the Cosumnes CSD (used to be Elk Grove CSD) and we do all of the parks and the Fire Department for Elk Grove. You can go online to our website and swim lessons are just starting sign-ups. There are great classes for all ages. The website is www.yourcsd.com . Have fun!
Elk Grove Parks and Rec has a great program. My daughter took lessons last year at Elk Grove Park. Check out the website. If you google elk grove parks and rec (put california because otherwise you get EG Illinois. The summer schedule is not up yet but they are accepting sign ups for early bird lessons in May. We were very pleased and will sign up for this summer too.
