Swim classes for toddlers in the Bloomfield/Montclair/Clifton area?

I'd like to get my 16 month old started in a fun swim class with me, but can't seem to find any. Any recommendations?

Try local YMCA'S. I know Garfield has a class at there Y.

I am not sure if Rutherford is to out of the way for you but the High School has a pool that is run by the YMCA for swimming lessons. My kids went when they were young. I am sorry but I do not have any contact info but I am sure if you google YMCA in Rutherford you may be able to get what you need. Good luck!!

Hi -- I recommend the Family Y in Montclair (separate from the regular Y). The Family Y is on Glen Ridge Ave. near the post office. They have programs for ages 1-5: swimming, gym, art, etc. It costs $75/year for a membership and then classes are fairly inexpensive.
