My husband and I bought into a timeshare a little over 3 years ago. It has not been a good idea for us. We have been unable to coordinate our schedules to take off and go somewhere or we have other thins going on; kids,projects,etc. We are wanting to get out of it. We are not trying to profit. We just want someone to buy it for what we owe. Does anyone have any experience/ideas/suggestions on how to make this happen?
There is an actual timshare buyer company...not sure how good/legit it is...I'd check on the web.
My husband and I have a timeshare - best investment we've made...anyway you can sell this year's week to someone and let them go...That's what we do when we can't use it. You can also bank a week, so that the next year you have 2 weeks instead of one. Just a suggestion.

Try redweek.com. My parents have a couple of timeshares and I believe they've bought at least one through there.
