I am looking for a class i can take or private tutor to teach me conversational spanish that i can use in church and on my job. I don't want to pay $125 for 32hrs at Northlake College, any ideas or suggestions. I don't want to just learn from books or tapes, i need the actual conversation with others to help me practice. thanks.
Do you speak any Sapnish at all? Or are you learning from scratch. If you are learning from scratch you should really take a class, just for the basics. Or if you just need the environment :

If you already have basics and just want to work on what you already know. Just use it. That's worked for me. I started translating slowly at first, and now I'm the one everyone calls when they can't figure out how to say .....
