I would also recommend signing up for the Phoenix Birth Network Yahoo group and posting your question there. There have been a ton of doula trainings recently, so there are a lot of student doulas out there looking to do births for experience only. Someone there should be able to give you a list of names, and individuals would probably contact you as well.
