Seeking a foundation repair company in DFW area

I am in need of someone to give us estimates on our house for a foudation problems.I have a crack above my kitchen window.I hope it is not a big foundation job!Does anyone or has anyone have a refference for a company or companys for this type of work.I have been watering around the house but I guess it wasn't enough.

I am a Realtor and I use, and refer Clients to MBR Guaranteed Foundation Repair Company. Their number is 817-469-1090. They will be able to tell you if you have an issue or not. Please tell them that Melodee Young refered you.
Make sure you are not watering directly at the foundation, but about 12 to 18 inches away from the foundation.

My parents used Olshan Foundation Repair about 8 years ago and were very pleased. The house they lived in at the time had had very very bad foundation problems for many years, but they never had the money to fix it until then. Olshan did a great job and when they started noticing the back door sticking again, Olshan came back out, did a reevaluation and decided that the house needed a couple more piers. So, they did the next job for free (because the work is guaranteed). It worked great! Two years or so later, my parents sold that house and the buyer told us that the lifetime transferable warranty on the foundation was a real selling point for him. My husband and I will be looking into foundation repair sometime next year, and Olshan will be the first people I call for an estimate.

If you find someone good, would you let me know? I need the same thing.

Ram Jack is a good service. They took good care of my sister's house.

I want to thank Melodee for referring M B R gauranteed foundation repair.I alos want to thank the other ladies that gave me name of other companys. Sarah, Cathleen B., Pam M.For there help!I did reserch on them an found that Olshan. I followed my gut an read them an decided to go with MBR gauranteed fondation repair. Joe Bowers is the gentlemen who came to my home an said I didn’t ned major help yet but told me what to try an if it didn’t work then call him an he would come an put in the pliers. His advice since it was a small crack that it was settleing. Then to water it untill it was soaked an let it dry out some an water it again two inches a week.
He was very polite business oriented an explained it all. He also said even if I don’t need to have him back out it was a good thing to get it looked at before it was in really bad shape. Thanks again Melodee.
