Hi everyone, can a chiropractor really help relieve pregnancy discomfort? If so, where did you go in Roseville? I'm looking for recommendations/personal experience for a chiropractor that can help relieve some pain. I am 16 weeks pregnant and have been having back pain, headaches, numbness in my legs amongst other pains, since the very beginning of my pregnancy. I sleep maybe 4 hours a day due to pain and work ten hours a day...I'm exhausted. I have Healthnet insurance. Thanks for your help.
Here ya go…happy to help.
Neither of the recommendations are in Roseville, but the drive might be worth it…
Casha-Cross Chiropractic (down by Sunrise Mall)
5330 Primrose Drive Suite 140 - Fair Oaks (off Madison)
My husband knows Dr. Mark Casha through his networking group.
I’ve been to their offices, when my chiropractor shared space with them.
The reason I recommend them is because they also have a massage therapist on staff, which can be covered by insurance.
When I was pregnant with my second, I saw the massage therapist.
This is something I highly recommend.
They take a variety of insurance.
Dr. James Sabato (down in Gold River)
11344 Coloma Road, Suite 355, Gold River
916-208-1793
A little further away, but he’s my actual chiropractor, and the one I saw during both of my pregnancies.
My co-worker goes to Kelley/McIlnay Chiropractic which is in Roseville
151 N. Sunrise Ave., Suite 701, Roseville
916.786.5828
She would definitely recommend them, and I see by their website they take a variety of insurance
I would recommend checking with your insurance provider list to see if any of these chiropractors are covered. (I know Dr. Sabato is the least likely to be covered, but I still go to him because he has my history!)
Good luck. I know chiropractic really helped me when I was pregnant, and especially recommend a pregnancy massage (make sure they know HOW to treat pregnant women!)
