Primrose of West Allen has been nothing but a positive experience for us. We are first time parents and had a very difficult time deciding who would take care of our daughter. With several "pop in" visits to Primrose and referrals from people in the community , we were VERY pleased with the school. It is obvious that the infant classroom is very organized and the teachers are very friendly and informative. There is excellent written and verbal communication daily. I never leave there feeling like I don't know what is going on with my daughter. I truly feel like we are a family. There program is fantastic!!! Our daughter is doing things with them that we never knew you could do at her age and she is very proud of her work. The administrative staff if FANTASTIC. They are always there to greet you in the mornings and afternoons with a smile. They are very much aware of what is going on with your child as well. One day I received a call from Bethany, the director, at work. Well of course my heart skipped a few beats when I saw it was Primrose calling, but it was to share a funny story about something my daughter was doing in the classroom. Her phone call put the biggest smile on my face and I told everybody how much that meant to get such an uplifting phone call. This is an example of how the staff goes the extra mile. They are the best and we feel so blessed to be a part of the Primrose of West Allen family.
