Has anybody had a prenatal massage somewhere in the twin cities and had a good experience? Any recommendations on specific location(s) and/or massage therapist? Thanks!
BLOOMA! :) It's my favorite place to go when pregnant. Give them a call and discuss what their different massage therapists specialize in. I loved my shiatzu massage when I was pregnant.
Blooma is great - Lindsay is fantastic.
Hi Cindy, my husband bought me sessions with Julie Kesti as a Christmas gift last year. She is AMAZING. She does the massage with you dressed, so wear your most comfy clothes! Check out her website at juliekesti.com. She's sort of off Hiawatha minutes to downtown or Lake street. Good luck & enjoy!!
Hey Cindy!
Good for you for doing something for yourself durin this time! I went to the Day Spa in Edina for my prenatal massage and it was great! (www.adayatthespa.com or call them at 952-830-0100) I don't remember the person's name who gave it to me, but I was having lots of back pain and it really helped to relax me and loosen things up. Like most spas they have people specially trained in prenatal massage and they have you lie on your side, because on your tummy isn't good for circulation. Here are their rates.
Best of luck and enjoy your massage!

Check out Blooma in Edina. It's a pre and postnatal yoga studio offering other services for pregnant women and new mothers. Anyone there is fabulous. Good luck!

Jo Ann Lorenz-amazing!
Open Hands in Saint Paul is also great; I can't remember who does their pregnancy massage, but I've never been disappointed there. Also, if you are interested in a chiropractor while pregnant, they share Channing with Blooma.
