Party's or Parties?

I'm trying to say that I host theme parties on a business flyer...This is the exact wording
...theme parties for girls Or is it
...theme party's for girls ?

I understand that Parties is plural and Party's is possesive but which do I use???

It would be "parties."

confirmed.

Parties.

Parties.

parties

ditto!

We will be holding many parties throughout the years. Parties is plural for party. If you have to insert the word "is" after party that's when you can abbreviate to party's. The party's going to be held at Disneyland this year.

Parties :)

I would like to clarify, depending on the words AROUND what you have written above, it may be more appropriate to write - themed parties - For some reason, when the word theme is written it implies that there is just one theme and many parties with the same theme. Not sure why that is, but if you add the 'd' on the end, then it would appear that you have more than one theme.

Parties

You would use the plural...as in "I host theme parties for girls" or "I host girl-themed parties".

You would use the possesive when writing something like "The party's theme is ..."

Parties is correct...

You are talking about more than one party... parties is absolutely correct.

parties

parties.

Hello, It is Parties.
Kathie K.

You use "parties" when it is just plural, as in this case. You would only use "party's" if something belongs to the party. If you need anymore help with your flier, I'd be happy to do so. I'm an English teacher, so it's something I do every day. :-)

Hi,

It should read "theme parties for girls".

Good luck with your business. Sounds like fun!
