All I gotta say girl, is WEIGHT WATCHERS!!! I am just starting my 4th week, and am down 10 pounds. You can still have all the foods you are use to, you just have to be accountable for the points. Once you get use to it...after a week or so... it's all very simple and easy to do. Give it a try! You can join on-line, so there is really no commmitment, besides losing weight of course!

With my first pregnancy I gained 30 pounds and lost just 16 and was stuck with 14 extra lbs when got pregnant again and this time, I gained even more than the first time 34 lbs.
