nursing bathing suits

Does anyone know where to get a bathing suit appropriate for nursing that isn't too expensive? Modest is best (I have never been the bikini type!) Thanks in advance!

I wore a tankini when I had a nursing baby at home.
Land's End, Motherhood and Old Navy had halter-top tankinis on their sites.

I got a Miracle Suit (purchased at Macy's) after I had my baby. It's a simple yet stylish one-piece that allowed me to slip my breast out without too much difficutly. The best part is that it lifts and tucks all the part of my post-pregnancy body too. They come in various styles including strapless. I'll be wearing it again this season.

try mommygear.com they always have good stuff. I have never used a nursing bathing suit and all 3 of mine nursed at the beach. I found bathing suits that were v cut so it was easy enough to take care of business. i also always wear a sarong so that is really long to use if you like to cover.

why not try a regular tankini? just pull it up - it worked for me

Also try Motherwear.com, they have a good selection, their clothes are cut to fit real women (not stick thin models) and they have a great customer service department and great return policy.

Hi Ann, Although I nursed all 5 of my children I did not have a specific nursing bathing suit. I think any good two piece (tankini) with a long top that you can lift up and still cover your breast will do fine. I just got one at Sears. Everything is on sale. Best wishes, Grandma Mary
