Not Ovulating

I need any advice anyone has or recommendation on doctors that deal with problems with ovulating. My sister, who has a beautiful 3 almost 4 year old daughter has been trying to conceive and has been on Clomid to help with ovulation. She had blood work done on Friday and the results were that her Progesterone level was .5 they said the level should be between 10-20. My question is has anyone had any success with any other medicines or know of a doctor? I am feeling so bad for her and her husband, I am 35 weeks pregnant with my second child and thank God don't have any issues. We are as close as two sisters could be, she is my best friend and I know she is hurting. Anyone have any advice for me on what I can say or do.

Hey Brenda, I don't know if this will help, but it's worth a try. I am 42 and of course NOT trying to get pregnant! But, I am using an Arbonne product called Phyto Prolief and it is for hormonal balance and is an all natural cream. According to my Arbonne consultant, it makes you ovulate. I also live in Lexington and if you want to message me, I can give you her name and number. I know that Arbonne is a wellness company that uses all natural products and never uses animals for their testing. My Arbonne consultant is very knowledgeable and should be able to help!
