My sister's 40th B-day!!

It's my sister's 40th B-day and I want to do something really fun for her!! :) Not only is she my sister, she is my business partner and best friend!!!! Anyone have any good ideas on FUN 40th b-day parties, where to have them, (Plano, Frisco, McKinney) area? We are not talking about a huge party or anything, just something with our whole family....and we can be a wild and crazy bunch! :)~ Any gift ideas as well? My 3 children have sucked out all of my brains...I can't think for myself...he he!

I know I'm late getting a response to you...but my brain has been sucked out too! I don't have any ideas on WHERE to have a party, but I have some great gift ideas. Do you have any great pictures of you and your sister together (when you were kids, or on your first day of business together, etc.??) My company can engrave pictures on a number of products (i.e. photo albums, scrapbooks, wine bottles, plaques, etc.). You could do a really great keepsake gift for your sister. Like put a picture of you two when you were kids and one of you now and make it a "then and now" gift. OR use a great picture of you two and have the sentiment say "sisters, business partners and best friends." The possibilities are endless! I think Midieval Times (spelling?) would be fun for a party. I haven't been there, but I want to go for my birthday:)

Buca di Beppo is a lot of fun. We requested the kitchen booth...may not fit the whole family...7 people squeezed in nicely though.

Also I love the idea of doing anything to commemorate memories :)

Well, thanks for all the advise. We took my sister (by Limo) to Terilli’s in Frisco and had the “Godiva” room and surprised her with her friends already there…it was WONDERFUl. The Wine was great, the food was even better, and the service was absolutly PERFECT. It couldn’t have gone better!! Thanks everyone!
