Hi All! I'm looking to invest in a 529 College Plan for my daughter immediately. I'm at a loss, I have no idea what I'm doing. I think what I'd like to sign up for is a plan that I can purchase direct w/out having to go through a broker & one that can be used in other states private or state. Is this possible & if so or if not, any recommendations???
