I pray you are doing the babysitting legally with the state. So much risk involved. My friend wanted so bad to watch a neighbor's infant but her hubby who was high up in insurance said no. I have a legal Home Day Care and had one injury that could have been really bad. People are sue happy so be careful. Also going to the training through the state helps us keep on top of risks, business management, teaching us how to be the best we can be to keep kids safe. Ginger W

That is not a babysitter. That is a inhome daycare provider. I use to be an Asst Director of a large childcare center that had 300 kids. Once again this post is about Real Estate Agents.
