Hi everyone, I am 4 1/2 months pregnant and am looking for a GOOD yoga and/or both pilates video for pregnant moms. I've seen a couple and boy are they boring. I am looking for a GOOD one that does stretches and works on legs and arms. any suggestions anyone?? I don't want to go to any classes.
