I am going back to work full time and am really stressing about finding quality day care! We have no family in the area nor do we have any friends that use daycare to get any recommendations. Any help to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
Try checking Craigslist.com. You will have to the screening yourself, but it is a good place to start. Good Luck!

My name is Hillarie too! We just moved to St. Pete from the Tampa area and I did tons of research on day cares for my son.
I'm not sure what the age requirement is for where my son goes now, but I have been very pleased with the care and the love that my son has been getting. The facility is Northeast Park Preschool...is a daycare within the church. The number is: 727-823-5252. I also have heard great things about LCC and St. Pete Christian. If you can travel, I would recommend the Jewish Community Center near Citrus Park Mall (JCC). I have heard WONDERFUL things about them. One last place, my son went to KIDS R KIDS in Tampa (Westchase area) and I LOVED IT!
