Irish Travel Agent for trip to Ireland wanted

I am planning a trip to Ireland the end of May thru June 8, 2008. I am looking for an experienced agent that has been to Ireland and knows the ins and outs. I have been there twice and am returning with 2 other couples. I have dealt with an online agency but am fearful should we need assistance while traveling they would not be helpful.

Does anyone have any suggestions - I am on the near southside of Chicago (10 mins outside of Downtown) and would like someone fairly local.

They are known amongst the South Side Irish as the agents to use when you are travelling "home". They are located at 4560 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn. We used them several years ago when 5 of us travelled around Ireland.

Also use www.tripadvisor.com for lots of helpful info on everything from destinations to area restaurants; especially check out the forums. Have fun planning your trip!
