We are new to the area and my husband and I miss each other! We have a 5 month old baby boy and a 9 year old. The 9 year can often stay with friends or at Nannas for the night but I am in need of an occasional babysitter for date nights with my husband. Being new to the area we have very few resources and often end up doing things that can include the baby....we've become "that couple that always brings the baby" or worse "don't ask them, they can't go, they don't have a babysitter!" I miss movies and other adults, does anyone know of a good, responsible babysitter?
I have over 20 yrs of childcare experience which includes preemies through teenagers, multiples. I am a mother of 2 (18 yrs and 4 yrs old) I have experience with colic, acid reflux, croup, rsv, autism, sensory integration disorder, speech and motor skills delays, adhd.
My passions are helping others, making a difference and the love that I have for children, elders, special needs, disabled.
I am a certified medical assistant, certified night nanny, cpr/first aid certified.
