Help, Im freaking out about my refund... what is a "US treasury 220 tax refund"

Hello again Moms,
So we filed our taxes using Turbo Tax a little over two weeks ago. (we are not married so we filed sepretly, but on the same day, in the same hour) Anyway, Yesterday Paul got his refunds which was a day earlier than Turbo Tax said we would get them , I did not get mine, but no big deal sense they were supposed to come in today 2/20. This morning I checked my bank acct. and had a weird deposit of 279.00 from "US treasury 220 tax refund" I am not getting much because I only worked 4 months last year so all in all I am only getting like 700 dollars. But in years past I remember getting a "Federal tax Return" and a "state Tax Return" and thats what it said on my bank statement. This is diffrent, and there is only one. So I went to Google and searched and people who blogged about it said this is a stimulus payment, but I got my full amount last year!! Im so confused. Any Accountants out there? Also if you got your refunds this year what did it say on your bank statement, not the Number but what was it called so I can compare?? was it like mine or did it actually say State or Federal refund?
I know its extra money, but its money I am counting on for an upcoming move in March...
Help!
Thank you!
