Wondering if anyone has tried the Blue Apron Meal kits? We are not really a family that eats out much but I am getting pretty tired of cooking and trying to come up with creative and healthy meals. I received a coupon to try Blue Apron and it seems interesting but a bit pricey. Anyone have any thoughts to offer about this meal kit or any other recommendations?

We did these awhile back for a few months @Midwestgal - suprisingly good. You get everything you need, it’s pretty amazing actually how they put this together. The only real downside we had was it takes a bit of time to prepare the meal, maybe 30 - 45 minutes. Aside from the time it took to prepare and cook there was really no downside. Really good recipes, nutrious, and right to your door.
@JacobP Were the portion sizes reasonable? Like would a meal for four really feed four people?
