the wife and i adopted three of our grandchildren and have moved to florida alittle over a year ago. we a grandparent in indiana that has seeked and gotten visits for 7 weeks in the summer. the visits are not for him but the birth mother which by law has no rights to visit, but now she will get most if not all of the 7 weeks her father got thru the courts. we fought very hard to stop this but he is such a good lier. we need a strong attorney here in psl to stop him from coming to fl. and taking them back to in. the children in no way want to leave the safe and secure life we given them. please any good advise?
