Easy nachos recipe

I have a ton of tortilla chips leftover from memorial day bbq, any easy nachos recipe that is substantial enough to make a meal? I make my own refried beans which I have in the freezer.

Why not do a few plates of various ones?

Cheddar Cheese soup (no water) - heat and pour over and add in shredded pork and top with BBQ Sauce.

White Mexican Cheese, black beans, shredded chicken, lettuce, salsa

Cheddar Cheese soup (no water) - ground beef with taco seasoning, rotel and then tomatoes, jalapenos, sour cream, etc?

You could also make taco salads and add them crushed on top? What about using them to coat chicken and bake?

My 10 year old eats nachos anytime we have tacos/burritos. He uses queso, whatever meat we are having, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, salsa.

Easy, place them on a cookie sheet then top with beans, taco meat, or cut up cooked chicken, then top with SHREDDED cheese. Bake in preheated oven until the cheese is melted.
Top
With fresh lettuce tomato and hot sauce. Use your fingers to eat! The kids will love it.

We enjoy putting out all the toppings and letting everyone make their own plates. Meat, cheese, cilantro, pico, beans, lettuce, guac, sour cream, etc. Pile on and eat.

Chips. Cover with taco meat, salsa and cheese and bake until cheese melted n everything is hot

Heat a can of chili, put on top of chips, add cheese, eat. Can’t get much easier than that. =0)

Just melt cheese on them under the broiler and serve along with whatever toppings you like, salsa/tomatoes, onions, guac, olives, sour cream, beans, maybe some Mexican spiced shredded pork or chicken or beef.

Look up 7 layer nachos. They are super good.

“Dinner Nachos” are fast, easy, and filling. With more time spent, you can alter it to be healthier by using whole foods / personal blends in place of some of the convenience items.
