Eddie Bauer makes that type of stroller. This past summer I bought one for my grandchildren (ages 1 and newborn at the time). It will even fit a small car seat carrier. I don't know the exact name of the model, but the maker is Eddie Bauer. And it didn't cost too much! Maybe $120.00. Also, check out One Step Ahead online.
