Hi moms. My daughter is turning ONE in February, and I'm looking for somewhere fun to host her birthday. I have a 2 and 4 year old as well, but they have summer birthdays, so we have always done pool parties. I'm inviting a lot of families with 2,3,4,5 year olds, so I need somewhere that they can have fun too. I don't want to spend a fortune! I'd prefer something near Denton/Flower Mound, but anywhere in DFW would really work in a pinch. Any ideas?
Thanks :)
Kimberly
Win Kids or Best Gymnastics in Flower Mound both offer nice parties for kids that age. Personally, I think Chuck E Cheese or Going Bonkers would be overwhelming for 1 and 2 year olds. You might think about having the party at a local park. One with a gazebo or pavilion would be best. Some that I know of are Kids Kastle in Highland Village, Rheudasil Pond/Playground in Flower Mound, and Central Park in Lewisville. I believe you can call the city's parks and rec dept to reserve the pavilion. If it ends up raining that day, you might just move the party to McDonalds playland. Finally, I think the pumpkin patches allow bday parties (you'll have to check with them). However, I'd only do that if you were able to have the party on a weekday - Weekends can get pretty hectic there.
Good luck & have fun!

Going Bonkers in Lewisville
Win Kids would be a great place. There is lots of room for lots of people and kids to run around and they are a great help there. I had my son's 3rd bday there and it was so easy and fun.
