Tic Tac Toe Bean bag toss
Ring toss (small rings thrown to circle the tops of 2-Liter soda bottles
Fish (rod w/string tied on end w/clothespin attached to end, thrown over a cardboard wall you make/paint to look like the ocean. The kids throw it over like they are fishing & you attach toys to the end of their pole by attaching to clothespins.)
Musical chairs
I don't know about games but I saw a great idea for the punch bowl. use a rubber glove and pour Kool Aide or something similar in it and freeze. Then peel off the rubber glove and you have a hand in the punch bowl. If you make a red punch -- use a green or blue hand to make it look really creepy.
Do a scary scavenger hunt! Get those eyeball bouncy balls, real earth worms, plastic spiders, etc. And make a spooky treasure map with clues as to where to find the stuff.
At my friend's halloween party they had the bobbing for doughnuts game where the doughnuts are hanging from the ceiling. Each child tries to take a bite of one. It's hard! They had the pop the balloon game where they played spooky music and the kids all walked around in a circle (like musical chairs). There were balloons all over the ground. When the music stopped everyone sits on a balloon and tries to pop it (also hard!). Whoever did it first got a little prize. Then they had the fishing game (someone was hiding behind a decorated half wall and would tie on a small prize to the fishing rod. A haunted scavenger hunt is a great idea too!
