I'm looking for a day camp for an 11 year old near Irving or Coppell.

A lot of the daycare's around Valley Ranch and Las Colinas have summer day camps. Primrose of Las Colinas specifically comes to mind. Also look in the "Irving Parents" magazine that you see free everywhere (I saw one in my oil change place yesterday, they are also near the entrance of grocery stores). That will have ads for summer camps.

Hi – my 8-year-old is signed up for Taekwondo camp at EveryBody Fits in Coppell. I don't know if they have daily daycamps, but this camp is a week long. It's July 3-6. He's done it before and had a great time. They have a variety of age groups and I think they also have a gymnastics camp for boys and girls.
