We are having our daughter's 5th Birthday this month and were wondering where to have it. We have done Boomerangs and Pump it Up before and wanted to do something different. Any good or bad comments on BounceU in Carrollton?

We had my son's birthday there last year with no issues. It's just like PIU . . . play in one room, move to another then you get a party room. They were great about allowing my son to set the music level in the rooms (he has auditory sensitivities) and the teen guides were attentive enough. There were a couple of hiccups in the party room but nothing major. The teens had trouble finding utensils, plates, etc but the facility was very new as well.
All that said, a friend of mine did have issue with the lack of supervision there during a summer camp. Her daughter had been repeatedly hit by another kid and when she (the daughter) told the teen supervisor about it, she was brushed off and left to cry by herself.
