I took him to the doctor and they referred me to TEIS and they came out and did a screening on Isaac but his doesn't qualify for the program. He has had a hearing test and his ears are fine. He just points and makes noise when he wants something. My husband and I have no clue where to turn to next. He isn't potty trained, he doesn't want nothing to do with it. I just had another baby two weeks ago. He doesn't understand what no means or anything. Any advice would be great. Thank You.
