What's a Good Career for an Educated, Experienced Mom Whose Priority Is Family?

Hello Ladies, I'm a SAHM of two great little guys, ages 2 1/2 and 4 1/2. In the next couple of years, I would like to go back to work. The thing is since I now have two kids, they are my priority. My question is, what do you do for work? Is it flexible for a family life and still fulfilling? Do you like it and why? I did inside sales and inside sales management for ten years but I don't want to go back to that. I need ideas...I love working with people, am very outgoing, a little competitive (in a good way) and I like to help...

My Dog Is Dying.

Took my 7 year old german shepherd to the vet last week because she has been acting different and stopped eating. Found out she has lymphoma, and has to be put down. We scheduled the appointment for this upcoming Wednesday. I cry several times a day. I really can't break down though, I have three kids and am 6 months pregnant with my fourth. Birthday Party Logistics (We Are from Out of State) What Would You Do?

So we are from out of state. Last year, since we had just moved here, we had our son's birthday party back home with all of his friends. This year, he has lots of friends here and I was comfortable having the party here and hoping some of the grandparents could come out for it. Air Travel Advice with a 3 Month Old

Hello. My husband and I will be flying to Florida next month with our 3 month old. I have a few questions about how to navigate through the airport and what to check/pack. From what I understand we can check items at check in and one item at the gate..? We will need to take her car seat and pack and play. I am having trouble deciding on which stroller to take.
