Help Explaining Puberty to Daughter Diagnosed as Mildly Mentally Impaired

I need some guidance on how to explain the changes that are going to be happening to my daughter(periods, breast develpment, boys....YIKES). She is ten and I know I need to start helping her prepare for these things but I'm not sure she will understand very well so I don't know how much to tell her. She is less mature mentally than a normal child her age, however her body is developing normally.
