Carsick Infant?? Dread Driving Anywhere.....

Hello moms.. I am concerned that my 5 month old may get motion sick when in the car. For as long as I can recall, everytime we get in the car to go ANYWHERE my son screams his head off like he is in pain. (I have actually hired a nanny to come to my home for childcare to avoid driving him -my nanny is a family member) It doesn't start right away, I have maybe 10-20 minutes before it starts. 16 Month Old Is Driving Me Crazy

so my 16 month old is driving me crazy. for the past few months she's been very needy, crying and whining when i put her down or leave the room (even if her dad is with her). i read somewhere that it's just a phase, and that it passes faster if you provide reassurance that you are available for them. but it has gotten worse. and she's started to whine. she does not do this as much with her father. needless to say this is super unpleasant and i wonder if being too available (i stay at home) is not making it worse. any advice?

Want to Do Sign with My Baby

I think we could have averted a lot of frustration with our other two had we done signing. So I want to with our newest one. Any recommendations on things other than Baby Einstein? Any successes? Is going to a class really good? Advice and stories would be nice. Thanks!
