Need Advice on Prenatal Vitamins

I'm trying to find the best prenatal vitamin for me - and am having a very hard time. I've bought several - but haven't started taking any of them yet. The "TwinLab" prenatal seemed good but contains Polysorbate 80 in the "inactive ingrediants" and I have read very bad things about that. The Trade Joes prenatal looks good - but too hard to swallow. The New Chapter Organics Perfect Prenatal seems maybe good but they add all this extra herbal stuff that I don't know if I really want to take. Can anyone recommend a prenatal that doesn't go...

Advice? Allergic to Something in Home?

Hi! For the past month or so I have been having a lot of sore throats followed by congestion (and snoring) at night, major nose blowing in the morning, and then it all clears out for the rest of the day, but starts up again in the evening. I have realized that the sore throat only starts when I am at home, but always comes on when ever I get home and lasts until late the following morning. Need Recommendation for Pediatric Dentists in or near Chantilly, VA

I'm looking for a dentist, one who specializes in children, for my 3 1/2 year old son. We live in Chantilly, so I was hoping there was one that's close by home. My son has never been to a dentist yet, so we are looking for one who's great with kids and has lots of patience. Any recommendations are welcomed.

Last year I had asked for advice on finding a dentist and was given some. Shortly after I made my request I had a day added to my full-time job, I moved, and the dentist got put on the back burner. Recommendations for Pediatric Doctor in Castle Rock

I am new to the area and need recommendations for a pediatrician or family doctor in the Castle Rock/Plum Creek Rd area. I have 3 little children and their health is very important to me. I am also in need of a dentist recommendation as well as my two older children have all of their baby teeth and have yet to go to a dentist.
