Dora the Explorer Carseat and Booster Question

I was looking at booster seats the other day, and I saw this thing and it is truly horrifying! Oh my goodness, has anyone else seen it? (I will link it in the 'so what happened'). I mean it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for those bright yellow hand grips! I sometimes wonder what marketing people are thinking. Am I alone in this?! Would anyone buy this? No offense if you think it's cute, we all have different tastes. I'm not against Dora at all, but wow, I've never seen marketing go so far. Actually it doesn't look that bad in the pic......

Getting Rid of the Bottle

My daughter is 15 months old. We've weaned her off the bottle except for her nighttime one. We don't give it to her in her bed, we feed it to her and then put her in bed. My doctor gave me a really hard time about it and said to quit the bottle immediately. I am aware that at 15 months she probably should be off the bottle. But I need some ideas on how best to do it. The main problem is, I can't get her to drink milk in a sippy cup or regular cup. And I don't really want to quit the bottle until I know she will drink milk from something...
