Dieting and Frustrated
Hi Moms... I started Weight Watchers about 5 weeks ago and have lost 7 lbs total. I'm following it to a tee and I do some form of exercise almost every day. I do pilates twice a week, walk/jog a couple days a week, and take a cardio barre class 1 day a week. Last week, I went to get weighed and I gained almost a lb.and this week I've gained almost 1/2 lb. I haven't done anything different. I am getting discouraged and so frustrated. I have 40 lbs to lose still from my pregnancy and it seems like I'm already at a standstill. I have a goal...
