19 Month Old Girl with Rash

Hi everyone, I got up early and tried to back track through some old postings but did not find anything. My grand daughter has had a very red and bumpy rash. I called the nurse and she said it was yeast and that I should go and buy some Lotrimin and use that. That is what I did the rash was still there at the end of the day when my daughter came to pick her up. It is still red and irritated this morning as she arrived back. My 13 month old daughter developed a sudden diaper rash with two very raw areas that look like popped blisters (approx 2 cm in diameter)right where her bottom cheeks meet. What Should I Do for Diaper Rash?

I think my 2 month old son has some diaper rash on the inside of his thighs and his lower stomach above his diaper. I have never seen or felt diaper rash so I'm not sure if that is what it is. The skin is bumpy and feels leathery. I have applied some A+D Ointment on it but I'm not seeing a difference. Do any other moms have any suggestions of anything else I should be applying? Does Desitin work better? Thanks, D.

Cloth Diapers for a Giant Baby

I am transitioning over to cloth diapers, but my son is huge! He's 26 lbs and only 7 months. I know he'll slow down with the gaining as he starts being mobile, but I'm still worried that he is going to outgrow the large sizes. So do you know of any that go beyond 30-35lbs? I'm in Thirsties Duo and I like them, but I want to try the snaps not the velcro.
