What to Add/leave off Baby Registry?

Hi - I am wondering what items other Moms have put on their Baby Registry, and what items you would leave off? Obviously, leave off clothes, but is there anything you wished you had put on that you didn't, or vice versa? Also, when it comes to things like bottles, should I register for a "variety" pack of sorts? Or, should I research basically everything in advance before putting it on the list? Walmart Brand Pediasure and A&D Ointment?! Has Anyone Used Them!?

My sons pedi recommended we give him Pediasure while moving (20 hour road trip from San Diego to Washington) because he won't drink cold milk. My only concern is how expensive pediasure is!! Has anyone used the walmart brands parents choice version? Same with a&d ointment, walamart equate brand is so much cheaper! Wipes or No Wipes at Home?

Every time we (my hubby and me) use wipes he gets diaper rash. (yes, we even use the sensitive kind.) We were using the baby's changing table and using wipes all the time at home. But now i have switched to just using a damp washcloth or nothing at all if is just pee..... And i have set up a little towel on the counter in the bathroom. My hubby wants me to use his table again.
