Nighttime Cloth Diapering

I cloth diaper most of the day time at home, and want to start wool "longies" for nighttime. I am wondering how other moms keep their babies top half warm. Shirts seem to ride up, and babies rarely keep their blankets on all night, so any input would be appreciated.
