Bleeding During Pregnancy?

Hi moms, I am 6 wks pregnant and I've been bleeding a little without stopping for the last couple days, I called my doctor and I had a ultrasound today. Everything was normal, except that I have a 7cm fibroid in my uterus (it has been there since my first pregnancy)...so has any of you experienced something like this and still have a good pregnancy?...I really going to appreciate your toughts because I am getting worried, thank you in advance.
