Dave Ramsey has podcasts...not only does he give amazing financial advice, but the guy is hilarious!
I love listening to podcasts at work. I work in a factory, so they help me keep my sanity and give my brain something to do. So far, I listen to Stuff you missed in history class, Stuff they don't want you to know, Coolest stuff on the Planet (all from How stuff works.com), Dr. Laura, History of the World in 100 objects.
I've tried listening to a few health and nutrition ones, but they just didn't catch me. One sounded like she was reading what she wrote, instead of just talking. And she got info from wikipedia. Not a very reliable source, IMO.
What are your fave podcasts?
ETA: I have This American Life. Forgot about that one. Love it!

Since you like This American Life, you may like The Story by American Public Media. I like The Moth podcast and the Risk podcast (Risk can be a little explicit). And Radiolab is fun to listen to.
I also download a lot of TedTalks. They're videos, but usually it's just a person standing on a stage talking - not a lot of graphics or things to look at, so you can just listen while looking at something else.
Oh, and check your library for downloadable audiobooks.
I love listening to any podcast on the ACE Network - especially The Adam Carolla podcast and The Parent Experiment. Both are explicit, so don't download if you can't handle explicit language and subjects. I also listen to The Mike O'Meara podcast. All are very funny. I love to laugh - it helps me get through my job as an accountant. ;)
"Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me" and "Car Talk". Even though I don't know a thing about cars, I am oddly fascinated by Car Talk! And if you like literature-type podcasts, "Selected Shorts".
I loooovve 'This American Life'. It's a show on NPR but I paid the 2 or 5 bucks for the app so I could have access to all of their shows.
