Would You Want to Know? - New York,NY

An odd question for you ladies today...

Last night I had a dream about a colleague. In that dream his wife and son died in an accident. I didn't know the details of how, just that they died in an accident.

I do not have a history of having dreams that later become reality.

Every time I saw him today I felt weird.

Would you say anything? I think I wouldn't want to know if it were the other way around - I mean, what can come of it except unnecessary worry, right?? Or would you want to know?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

That is what I thought - thanks ladies. And no, I don't have a thing for him LMAO

Why would you tell him? It was just a dream.

I have a lot of vivid dreams and I don't go around sharing them with the people who may be in them, if they die or not.

No, my coworkers already think I am pretty strange, no need to confirm it.

Keep your mouth shut! Don't say anything that would just be weird for 1 but how could he even prevent it if is going to happen. Thats why they call it accidents YOU CAN NOT prevent them.

It's a DREAM...not reality.
I wouldn't say a thing.
Believe me, I have had some CRAZY dreams and if I told people that were involved in them HOW they were involved they would have me committed.

When people tell me they dreamed I died, it doesn't make me worry about me. It just makes me feel bad that they had such a rotten night's sleep. Dreams are just your brain's way of clearing its cache. They aren't supernatural messages or prophecies.

Do you have a thing for him? I would never tell my coworkers I dream of them. Actually, a coworker of mine recently told me he had a dream about me and it was VERY awkward. Since then, i hate even talking to him.

No. It might make YOU feel better to tell him. It won't make him feel better.

I wouldnt care either way. I dont feel like I am going to die if someone dreams that I died.
Actually, dreaming of death is supposed to mean new beginnings, if thats even true.

What would be the purpose in telling your colleague the dream? I'd keep it to myself.

Unless you have a history of premonitions coming true? I wouldn't say anything...

I would write it down in a journal and "date" it....if you have lucid dreams in the future...write them down...who knows!! you might be able to write a book with your dreams!!!

I wouldn't tell him. It was your dream..and we never really know why we dream of the people or things that we do. What I do know is that sometimes dreams of dying or death doesn't necessarily mean that the person in your dream will die...it might just be an indication of change in that person's life or your life. Try to remember the other details of your dream and the symbolism there in.
