I have an almost 7 month old & I've been taking her to the gym & we walk on the treadmil while she is in either the sling or baby bjorn. Hope that helps!
Does anyone know of any work out programs that I can do with my baby? I'm aware of StrollerFit and Baby Boot Camp. But, I'm just not willing to pay the $12 per class. That quickly gets to about $200 a month. I need something that I can do several times a week for a reasonable price.

How old is your baby? My son is almost 2 years old... and he absolutely LOVES trying to go along with me and my DVDs that I use. He dances to them, and does the stretches with me (okay, he tries... its adorable)
There are a bunch of Stroller Strides franchises throughout Texas & the fees change from location to location, but for most of them if you are a monthly member it ends up being $2-$3/class, which is way affordable & trust me SO worth it.
I LOVE Stroller Strides and would pay twice as much for it than I do b/c it means so much to me & is so important for my well being.. :)

I am the co-owner of Baby Boot Camp in NW Plano/Frisco, and we offer several packages to choose from. Most moms that wish to attend class 2 times/week or more, choose a monthly unlimited package. With a 6 or 12-month commitment, these packages are $80-$90/month, and if you are attending class 5 times/week, the cost per class is less than $5/class. Please contact me if you have any questions about our program, and check the website (www.babybootcamp.com). I would love for you to try a class. Your first class is free, and there are no extra fees. The only cost is the price of the package you choose.
Have you checked out Stroller Strides in your area. Stroller Strides is the fastest growing Stroller Fitness workout and they are awesome! I lost my baby weight (all 55 lbs) in 6 months!
They offer different class prices from drop ins (this is $12 in my area) to unlimited class memberships (which breaks down to less than $3 a class). So depending on how many classes you take, they might be a better option!

I did mommy and me yoga when my big boy was new and smaller and easy to lift. We loved it!!! I did not do it here in Dallas as we lived in Malaysia at the time, so I don't know of any classes here. I am sure there are DVD's on the market for this and that would keep your cost down. Also, just walking with the baby in the stroller for about 30 minutes a day is good exercise and it is always good to get out of the house and get some fresh air.
Good luck!
