I know the wii fit has a scale that weighs you. Do you go by that or the scale at home. They don't match up and not sure what one to go by.

What can I do next?

Every Scale is different.

We have the Wii board/scale too.
We also have a digital scale.

KEEP in mind, that if a scale is on a carpet... this affects its read out.
Or if it is on a hard floor, it will affect the read out too.

And everyday, when a person weighs themselves, they are wearing different clothing or it is a different time of day etc.
Or for women, water retention etc.
It all affects daily weight fluctuations.

Just choose a scale you want to go by.
And use that one.

Whichever one says you weigh less is the correct one.

I go by which one I am lighter on. But seriously it's the home scale. With that said I weigh 4 lbs more on my doc's scale so I tell them my weight from my scale when I get a check-up(lol) We do what we gotta do! LOL

Our Wii Fit Balance Board is in the living room, which has carpet. So I go by the bathroom scale since it's on hardwood.

Well there are a few things you can do to help figure out your real weight. First make sure you weight yourself in the morning, before you eat breakfast and for an even better reading when you are naked. I always weigh myself right before jumping in the shower. The wii fit scale should be pretty close to your real weight but if it's on carpet that can make it off a little. Also if your still not sure have your kids get on it. If they have been to their doctor in the past few months they should have gotten weighed then you can see which scale matches up with their doctor scale. Also you can take a 20 or more pound weight and put it on your scale to see which one is right. And lastly just remember that even if you weight a little more or a little less on different scales if you are trying to lose weight as long as you see the numbers going down then that is the most important thing.

I go by the bathroom scale. I don't check on the Wii often enough for it to matter anyway. But, keep in mind there could be reasons for a slight difference: the clothing you are wearing (including shoes?), what you've had to eat/drink during the day, etc. Even from day to day... the scale can change due to retaining fluids.

Use the O. that says you're lightest, then subtract 2. That's what I do! :)

Go by one that is checked and calibrated regularly....like at the doctor's office.
