After going through the situation of the hospital, now I have a belly that looks like I'm 9 months pregnant and now I can't breath normal or sit without it bothering me... Please! before you jump to a drastic answer, I did call my Dr... and I just write to see if anyone has gone through a similar situation like mine, I am allergic to almost all meds, Painkillers and have had more than 40 operations because of a person in the Medical field, and this is why I write here, no one knows what a person has gone through and how hard it can be to trust anyone in the Medical field.. I suffer every day of Pain and discomfort, I appreciate a little more respect when answering not only me but others....Happy Thanksgiving to all and GOD Bless.

What can I do next?

Oh dear.
I could jump to several conclusions and none of them are good.
My mom's best friend had fibroids removed that were the size of watermelons.
Intestinal problems, ovary/uterine problems, bladder problems, cancer, infection, parasites - the list goes on and on.
I'm sorry you've had such bad experiences with medical professionals but if you can't work with any I'm not seeing how you can have any hope of improvement in your situation.
I'd rather work with a doctor than an undertaker.
Perhaps you could find a chronic pain support group or a hospice to help you.
Good luck to you and I hope your suffering is resolved soon preferably with you surviving.

I'm sorry - I was assuming this was very sudden - as in just since you wrote your last question. I could be totally misunderstanding your question.

I don't mean to be gross - but I am thinking is your abdomen distended from gas? (as in bloated?)

I am not sure what you were at hospital having done or what the 40 operations were you are referring to. That's the only thing I can think of though if it's a sudden increase in your abdomen area

What is "the situation of the hospital"? You don't even say what you went through so how can anyone answer?

I'm totally confused...are you saying your situation is a result of a medical complication?
Your situation sounds like it might be related to some of your previous operations. If we don't know a diagnosis, it's almost impossible to say (not that any of us are qualified).
My aunt has ascites (accumulation of fluid in the abdomen), but she has metastatic ovarian cancer and I believe her kidneys are shutting down. I don't want to jump to conclusions because obviously I know nothing about you. Other things can cause ascites besides cancer, but you haven't given any information.

It could be a hernia.

Not to scare you, but I just had a similar situation. If I didn't know better, I would have sworn I was 8 months pregnant. I was hoping it was just a menopausal issue but it turned out to be ovarian cancer. Go see your gyn right away and get an ultrasound. Hoping your situation is something benign.

It could be gas. Did you recently have any sort of abdominal surgery? If yes, they often pump gas and/or air into your abdomen to help expand your muscles and skin for better visibility. It's common after surgery but terribly uncomfortable. It will go away in a few days and slowly get better.
