I will second the Kirkland diapers by Costco...AND you can get them even if you don't have a Costco membership by going to Diapers.com! I was so psyched to see that! You can also get their wipes there...work like a charm and much better price!
Hi,
I am currently using diapers from Pampers and I am totally unsatisfied. My daughter is using the correct size but everytime she poos I have to change her diaper with her clothes. That makes really a lot of work. Can anyone give me an advise? Which one shall I buy? There are so many brands out there.
Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
T.
I want to thank all of you for your response. I have ordered the LUVS because most of you have recommand me this one. And addition to that I got 2 days free shipping.
I will let you know whether the LUVS are the best for my daughter or not.
Thanks again. T.

My daughter would wet through her Pampers everytime when she was newborn so I switched to Luvs. Worked much better. If they were out of her size, I would get Huggies. I tried store brands but she would horrible rashes.
When she got bigger, Luvs had changed a bit and Huggies worked better.
You are going to get varying suggestions as each parent and family uses different brands for many different reasons. Remember, each child is shaped different and fills it differently. Your best bet is to go to the least expensive brand and work your way up until you find the one that works best for your daughter.
Child #1 - wore whatever was cheapest and did well. The main reason was cost but I was lucky that the cheap stuff worked well on him. He was thick but had no behind.
Child #2 - worked our way up until we got to Luvs. He was chunky with big hips and butt.
Child #3, 4 & 5 (triplets) - we got every brand on the market from dirt cheap to very expensive. Went through every brand and we ended up with Luvs on each of them. All three were shaped very differently and were 2 boys and one girl.
So we tend to be a Luvs family. But there are families out there who are Huggies families and Pampers families and Costco families, you name it. You just have to find your brand.

what kind of pampers are u using? i dont like pamper dry because of the same thing.swaddlers for little ones worked great for us and we used pampers cruisers when he was older, weve never had any troubles with them until he started to outgrow his diapers and i insisted he finish up what was left- that usually created a mess that leaked into his pants. the diego pull ups tend to leak poo if its runny or if theres just alot there.
we tried everything from huggies to cheap parents choice diapers, luvs leaked ALOT, he was allergic to huggies and cheap diapers. so we were kinda stuck with pampers regardless.
I have always used and loved LUVS.
Everyone has a favorite. My aunt and one friend swear by loves, another friend swears by Pampers, another friend swears by Target's brand, another BJs, and I LOVED Huggies! My son used to pee through everything, and Huggies was all that kept it in. Unfortunately, you may just have to try a few different brands before you find the one that works best for your little girl! Good luck!
We use LUVS and we love them.
= )
Costco's Kirkland is all we ever used for size 1, 3 & 4. I just didn't like the sizing the "1-2" is really just a 1 so I used name brand for the transition. Huggies get SO bulky with pee and Pampers seemed even worse and the gel got on baby's bum, but never with Kirkland diapies.
I was totally against generic, but my best friend told me o try Target's up and up. They re-did them and they are wonderful! No leaks, covers well. LOVE THEM. And wih my first we only bought name brand.
We love love LOVE the Kirklands brand from Costco. Waaaaaay better than the Huggies we used with our first.
i used walmart white cloud with my daughter and luvs thru the night with my son and was able to use the white cloud thru the day with him
I loved Pampers. The last few months we have been using LUVS, and they are great! I hate, hate, hate Huggies, they always bring up my daughters eczema and leak. Good Luck.
I think Pampers and Huggies are overrated but Huggies at least offers more coverage. I think Luvs are pretty good and the new premium Shoprite diapers are good too. I actually use the latter now and although sometimes it leeks between the legs it stays dry in the front.

For years I used huggies. They worked great! But then I was really broke one week and got the parent's choice brand from Walmart. They are great! I love them! $6 a package too!
The best diapers? The ones that fit your kids tush. It takes a bit of trial and error to find the ones which are shaped best for their body type. The Huggies I love, maybe the ones you hate. Sorry to be so noncommittal, it really is child dependent. GL!
We love 7th Generation. I agree that babies are often ready for the next size up way earlier than the packaging says. I also always really check that the fasteners are snug, the elastic is close to the legs and fold the extra material down at the lower back as an extra poop catch. Good luck.
I am hooked on luvs cheap but as good as name brand if i stray I always go back to luvs. wont switch again either
I always preferred Huggies to Pampers. Also the Nanny's diapers from ALDI are very soft and clothlike--I liked them too.
For my youngest i prefer pampers sensitive/swaddlers and for my 2 yr old LUVS
Cloth! Since switching to cloth diapers, my baby has not had one poop blowout! He used to have them every time he pooped. Plus, they save so much money, and the environment, cuts down on rashes (my son has only had one rash since going to cloth, and that was caused by a bad reaction to yogurt). And they're easy to use and care for:) Message me if you have any questions! They have come a loooong way since the gerber prefolds and plastic pants our parents used. There are many options, and they are so adorable and easy to use now!!
I use Huggies Supreme with my new baby and I used the same brand with my first. They hold so much and I rarely ever had a spill over.
I buy them off diapers.com because the prices are the best for your buck and they guarantee that it will be delivered in two business days.
Good luck.
Costco "Kirkland" diapers. Better than the Huggies they also sell.
And buying in bulk, from Costco, is cheaper.
Kirkland diapers are great!
You might want to get a diaper one up in size.... sounds like she needs it.
