A glass of wine helps me relax and it seems to help me "forget" the motherly things which in turns leaves room for the wifey/loving able to set in.
Nice lingerie that I actually like the way I look in them. Hubby will like it no matter what so if I really like it then I feel more sexy.
Exercise does help, not sure why but for me it does.
Pamper myself... take a bath, with candles, glass of wine and a good book. When I get out I help put my daughter to bed and then hubby and I cuddle on the couch watching a tv show and by our "bedtime" I usually am more in the mood then without all of the above.
Little kisses through out the day, maybe leave little love notes for each other. Just being nice to each other make me feel more loved and in turn sexy and wanting sex.
For me body image plays a huge part in it and I am still struggling with it but at least ever other week hubby and I have sex.
If am stressed out even with the above I will never be able to get in the mood.
